Katie Tullio is a wife, mom of 2,and Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist. Balancing the many hats that she wears, Katie also teaches fitness classes and is currently teaching classes at Marywood University. When talking about healthy eating, Katie cannot express enough how important it is to get your body moving. Katie recommends at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day to maintain a Healthy Lifestyle.
